RETURNS
We offer a full money back guarantee on all 'non personalised' items excluding any postage costs. In order to receive the full refund we require the product to be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. Products returned without tags and in there original condition will not be refunded.
*We strongly recommend all new pupils attend one of our fitting dates at the school. This is to ensure that the correct size PE Kit is purchased.
Please also note that all postage and packing costs are to be met by the original purchaser and not SchoolSports4u.You have a legal ‘duty of care’ in respect of the goods returned. We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as ‘proof of posting’ may be required. Once the returned items have been received and their condition approved we will issue the refund.
We do not exchange products, All returns will be refunded excluding any postage costs, so the customer can re-order the correct size/product.

FAULTY ITEMS
Any product considered faulty may be returned for inspection by SchoolSports4u and in some cases an inspection may be required by the manufacturer. If, upon inspection the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, the cost of the return will be refunded to the customer or a replacement item(s) will be sent.
You must contact SchoolSports4u before sending any return. We can be contacted via email. Please ensure that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance cover.
For faulty items which are deemed to have sustained damage or defects outside the normal use or lifespan no refund or postage refund will be made.
